You have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please insert your receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept any store-purchased products to our online warehouse. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Cancellation on Order
